Gary Weatherdon began his real estate career in 2004, after a successful long-term career as a senior executive in a national organization. Gary has always prided himself with providing very high standards of customer service and professionalism. This, combined with proven results, has earned the trust and loyalty of clients who confidently refer their family, friends and co-workers.
With the demands of the real estate business constantly growing, a tremendous opportunity presented itself in 2012 when Gary’s brother David joined him to form The Weatherdon Real Estate Team. David came from a similar background and, thanks to their shared values and ethics, you can count on a positive experience regardless of which brother is working for you at any given time. And when it comes to time, they make themselves available when you need them!
Born and raised in Ottawa, they have a sound knowledge of the city and surrounding area. Both have lived in several neighbourhoods, east and west, and due to numerous client referrals, they have experience in representing buyers and sellers throughout the region, from Orleans to Kanata and Stittsville, from downtown to Manotick, as well as some rural areas.
The Weatherdon Real Estate Team proudly supports their community in many ways. Most notably, they are registered with both the Miracle Home and Home For A Cure programs, through which they donate a portion of the proceeds of each sales transaction to The Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) and The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation respectively.
Gary and David are members of the Ottawa Real Estate Board, The Ontario Real Estate Association and The Canadian Real Estate Association.
