Gary Weatherdon became a professional REALTOR® in 2004, following a 28-year career with a national organization. In his executive leadership role, he fostered a client-focused culture that delivered exceptional customer service and value. Today, that same principle is woven into the fabric of all Gary’s interactions with his real estate clients. As a result, Gary has built a successful repeat and referral client base – more than 80% of his business is built on positive word-of-mouth recommendations. In addition to his expertise in the real estate and business environments, Gary is known as a skilled negotiator, with a creative, humorous, relaxed, yet personal and professional approach. A life-long resident of Ottawa, Gary believes in supporting his community. He actively contributes to organizations that support those in need, with a special focus on children. When not serving his clients, or enjoying family time, you will often find him riding his bike, raising funds for one of his favorite charities.

Gary is a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association, the Ontario Real Estate Association, and the Ottawa Real Estate Board. In recognition of consistently exceptional results, on behalf of his clients, Gary was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2015.

David Weatherdon

David has lived in the Ottawa area his entire life, and has a solid understanding of the area. David has always had an interest in, and a natural instinctfor, helping people. Upon graduating from a Business Administration program, he was drawn in the direction of sales and customer service. He enjoyed a successful sales and management career with a national company, spanning over 30 years.

It was not a huge leap of faith that led David to continue that journey of providing excellent customer service in his second career, as a REALTOR®, partnering with his brother Gary in 2012. With aligned values and work ethic, David considers it a privilege to work with clients to ensure their goals and dreams come to fruition. He puts his clients first, using his expertiseand knowledgeof the Ottawa real estate market to ensure their needs are met.

When not working with clients, David enjoys time with family & friends, cycling and getting out every once in a while for a round of golf.

David is a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association, the Ontario Real Estate Association, and the Ottawa Real Estate Board. He is a member of the Executive Club in recognition of outstanding sales achievement.
